Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the delivered products, please let us know.

You have the opportunity to exchange or return your products within 14 days after delivery. (Except items from our outlet section!!)

You should inform us through mail (, stating your order number, the article which you wish to return as well as the reason. (too small, not as expected,….)

Items cannot be returned without informing us. Do not inform us through instagram or facebook!

"Pick up in store" orders: you will receive an email that your order is ready for pick up. From that moment on you have 2 weeks to cancel your order. (right of withdrawal). When you did not collect your order within 2 weeks, you can no longer cancel, exchange or return the items.

If Studio Aimée approves your request, it will provide you by e-mail with instructions for the return of the products.

Return the article but please ensure that the products are packaged appropriately. You are not obligated to use the original package. It must also have sufficient postage and be sent along with the invoice.

Shipping fees shall not be refunded.

Please note:

  1. when your order was shipped for free but you wish to send back or cancel the entire order, the full amount will be credited minus the shipping costs. Also, when you filled in a faulty or incomplete address and enjoyed free shipping and the parcel was sent back by DPD, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  2. items purchased during the presales can be returned. Please note that (if the “conditions applicable on the day of purchase” are no longer met) the discount will be recalculated on the number of items you actually wish to keep. Current discounts will not be applied!
    (for example: 2 pcs -20%, 4 pcs: -30%, 6 pcs: -40%: you bought 6 items and got 40% off. You wish to return 4 pcs. Your discount will now be 20% )

As a customer you must follow all return conditions and instructions stipulated by Studio Aimée.

We will in any case only approve requests for return if the product has not been worn or washed, or if the customer has not attempted to mend or alter the product in any way. Return products will only be accepted if they are sent in the original, undamaged wrapping and the labels are still attached to the products and if it concerns a complete product (for example, the two elements of a pair must be returned together). Exclusion is possible for products which are custom made/ordered for the client, items from our outlet corner and products which cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as swimwear and underwear.

Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. Under no circumstances will Studio Aimée reimburse the shipping costs of returned merchandise. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Studio Aimée will reimburse the customer for the returned products within 14 days after receiving. In case of an exchange we will send you the new article.

For exchange/return orders outside EU, please always mention return outside of the package and mark the return box on your customs declaration form. This to avoid import duties for Studio Aimée on the returned products. Return or exchange parcels without the return notice and with custom charges, will not be accepted and not be payed by Studio Aimée. All custom charges are for your own account.

For faulty products Studio Aimée will make a full refund to the customer, including the return shipping, as soon as possible upon receipt of the products and within 14 days, beginning with the date of receipt of the products. Products are faulty if they are received in the wrong style or size – as a result of a mistake made by Studio Aimée. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If a customer would like to exchange a faulty product instead of obtaining a refund, the customer needs to be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty products. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled a full refund, shipping and return included.
